The Windows Warning Message
All programs developed and packaged by Foldda are safe to run. However, due to “lack of reputation”, Windows may display a warning message like this –
The message will not be displayed once our reputation reaches a certain level satisfied by Microsoft.
Another possible Issue
There is no installation required for running these programs – a convenient feature that is rare these days. But some users have reported it has an unintended side-effect – Windows may silently block some of these files (see pic below) in order to “protect” you, because they are downloaded files and have not gone through an installation process. Blocked files become “missing” and may stop the programs from running properly.
The easiest way to avoid this, is before unzipping the downloaded file, check the Unblock box on the .ZIP file’s Properties menu.
